The Aria comes with a modified version of adobe flash player, not the full version.  The full version update is rumored to be released soon. The only thing I can recommend is to try using the skyfire web browser.  Skyfire supports flash content.  It worked well on my Omnia but that was a windows mobile phone.  I haven't tried it on my incredible mainly because I haven't run into any flash problems yet.
Let me know if that solved the problem.

Has anyone been able to stream live sporting events?  I've tried both channelsurfing.net and espn3 with the skyfire browser and I get nothing.
